Inspired by Just Above Midtown’s motto—Let’s Just Do It Ourselves—a group of 30+ artists came together in August ‘24 to make an indie film.
Over 9 weeks (or 160+ hours on set!), we traveled across 12+ Brooklyn locations, fueled by home-cooked crafty and a shared belief: we have the creativity, experience, and power to make it ourselves. & we doing it.
We’re seeking donations to support the production and post-production of Shifting Space, with funds going toward sound mixing, color correction, music licensing, as well as production costs.
